Added the InfoBox utility.
Following the Peter's advice, I have been created the new InfoBox application.
The InfoBox main purpose is notify messages in a Messenger like popup windows also know as toast with an optional time out.
You can find the InfoBox utility on the Download Area as single application or inside the SmallUtilities program suite.
