Introduction

ASCII is a Windows console program that quickly creates and shows the "classic" ASCII table with hex and decimal chart conversion.

ASCII requires at least Windows 98.

Using ASCII

You can use ASCII from the command prompt, another program, batch or script file.

Command Line Options

ASCII usage: ASCII [/b] [/c] [/s] [/? | /h]

 

/b

Select both /c and /s options (autosize and center).

 

/c

Center the console window on the screen.

 

/s

Automatically size the number of rows in the console window.

 

/? | /h

Display this help.

     

Note

The ASCII output is not redirectable.

If you run ASCII  without any parameters the program just displays the table.

Return Value

ASCII always returns zero.
